We offer international delivery service (eligible countries and regions only) as long as our delivery carrier is able to reach out to you!
How many pairs of glasses can I purchase per order?
You can order up to 8 pairs per order. Please place another order if you want to order more than 8 pairs.
What is your return policy?
We offer a one-time replacement for each pair of glasses in your order if you are not 100% satisfied with them. Simply send us an email at email@example.com, and include your order number, the frame name of your desired replacement frame, as well as the name of the frame you wish to return. Please note that if you choose to do a one-time replacement for a particular pair, we can no longer process a refund or another replacement for it.
Alternatively, you may opt for a refund for your glasses if you cannot find an ideal replacement. You can return your glasses provided that your request is within 14 days from the time it was delivered to you. Refunds will not include your order's Express or International shipping fee. Refunds will strictly be returned via the original method of payment. Please contact your bank (or PayPal for PayPal transactions) if you wish to transfer your refund to a different account.
We offer a 14-day Style and Fit warranty which you can opt for if you are not satisfied with the look or fit of your glasses. Our products also have a 12-month warranty that covers replacements due to damage. Please note that this warranty does not include replacements due to prescription changes or any other issues unrelated to damaged/broken glasses. For more details, please contact our customer service representatives.
How can I place a replacement or return order?
Please contact our customer service representative through email or live chat for the replacement and return process. Make sure you have your name and order number ready. We will email you the USPS shipping label. Please print the shipping label and return your product at local post office.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, you will need to contact our customer service representative to process your previous order or place a new order.
