We offer international delivery service (eligible countries and regions only) as long as our delivery carrier is able to reach out to you!

How many pairs of glasses can I purchase per order?

You can order up to 8 pairs per order. Please place another order if you want to order more than 8 pairs.

What is your return policy?

We offer a one-time replacement for your order if you are not 100% satisfied with your glasses. Simply send us an email at support@yesglasses.com, and include your order number, the frame name of your desired replacement frame, as well as the frame name of your original glasses. Alternatively, you may opt for a refund for your glasses if you cannot find an ideal replacement pair. You can return your glasses for a refund provided that it is within 14 days from the time it was delivered to you. Please note that the replacement option can only be done once. Refunds will be returned via the original method of payment.

We provide a 12-month warranty for all of our products. The warranty covers replacements due to damage or quality concerns. Please note that customers will be responsible for the shipping cost for replacement requests. Extra charges may apply if you place new orders. How can I place a replacement or return order?

Please contact our customer service representative through email or live chat for the replacement and return process. Make sure you have your name and order number ready. We will email you the USPS shipping label. Please print the shipping label and return your product at local post office.

Yes, you will need to contact our customer service representative to process your previous order or place a new order.
