Our online order didn't have a valid typed in prescription, so after receiving an email from them immediately after submitting the order about the issue, then emailing them the prescription, they immediately emailed back that all was well! They also immediately emailed us a detailed invoice after we requested one, so that we can ask our vision insurance for reimbursement. We'd definitely buy prescription glasses from Yesglasses again.
